Program: 
Zooming in on properties of linen fibres; structure, processing-effect and effect and compared to other textile fibres
Birgit Bonefeld has worked as textile biologist for several years. She is educated both molecular biologist as well as textile craft teacher. In her academic reseach she has worked with cellulose-based bio-textiles and green biorefining and has much experience with lecturing and teaching.  

In between blues / Indigo – a story of culture and textile innovation
Linda Zetterman works as a designer and artist and her practice ranges from product design, art projects and craft objects.

Exploring flax as a material for artistic expression
Raija Jokinen has a long and versatile experience in using flax and linen, which includes over twenty years as a designer for industrially woven textiles, handmade paper objects and artworks.
